Dissertation Title: An Improvement of the Load Reduction Evaluation Methodologies Employed in Demand Response (DR) Programs Offered to Residential Customers

Saeed joined UNC Charlotte in Fall 2012. Previously he hold M.Sc degree from university of Tehran, Iran in high voltage engineering. During his M.Sc, he has worked on modeling of transmission lines to study lightning induced electrical transients. Afterward during PhD, he worked on the economic aspects of demand response programs. Saeed, also, has earned a M.Sc degree in economic from UNC Charlotte. His current research focuses on load reduction evaluation of demand response programs.

Saeed graduated from UNCC in the Fall of 2017, and current works as Data Scientist Consultant at Accenture.

  • Modeling of overhead transmission lines.
  • Electrical transients in power system.
